For US environmental consulting teams

Asbestos inspection software.

Fieldwork, samples, laboratory evidence, and a reviewed final report. Almic keeps the asbestos project record connected, with your team in control of the findings.

From site to report

A clear path to professional review.

  1. Capture in the field

Record site observations, sample details, and photographs offline on a prepared device. Synchronize the project when connectivity returns.

  2. Prepare chain of custody

Bring the sample record into the chain of custody (COC) document and coordinate the handoff to your configured laboratory.

  3. Read laboratory PDFs

AI-assisted extraction reads returned laboratory documents and matches results to sample IDs. Original laboratory evidence stays with the project.

  4. Review and correct

Your qualified reviewer checks sample matches and extracted values against the original PDFs, corrects discrepancies, and confirms the conclusion.

  5. Prepare the final report

Almic brings reviewed field and laboratory evidence into the report. Your team checks and approves the final document before release.

Getting started

Built around your project record.

What your team brings

Project and site details, field observations, sample IDs, photographs, and original laboratory PDFs. We review your reporting requirements, laboratory partners, and reviewer responsibilities when configuring the workspace.

Setup and support

Use a walkthrough to discuss your current process, devices, lab document formats, and report requirements. Implementation scope, available features, and support are agreed with your organization.

Common questions

Before you begin.

Can the team work without internet?

Field capture can work offline after the app, required projects, and defaults have been prepared online on that device. Signing in, laboratory processing, and server reporting need a connection. Verify synchronization before relying on the shared record.

Will every laboratory PDF work?

Document formats and legibility vary. Extraction and sample matching can contain errors; unreadable or unsupported documents need manual review or completion. Discuss your lab formats during setup.

Who approves the findings and final report?

Your qualified personnel. Almic assists with preparation; it does not replace professional judgment or guarantee regulatory acceptance. Review original evidence, conclusions, and applicable project requirements before issuing a report.
