Yes. Full offline capability as a progressive web app. Create projects, collect samples, and take photos without internet. All data syncs when connectivity is restored.

Labs send results via email. Our system automatically parses the data, matches results to sample IDs, and populates them into the report. PLM, XRF, and spore count formats are all supported.

iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux, and any modern browser. No app store required; install as a progressive web app from any link.

  • To operate and improve the Almic Systems platform
  • To process inspection data, sample records, and generated reports

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security ensures users access only data within their authorization scope.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared:

  • With laboratory partners when chain of custody documents are transmitted
  • With authorized team members within your organization
  • When required by law or legal process
  • With infrastructure providers under data protection agreements

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We respond within 30 business days.

Data collected offline is stored locally and synchronized when connectivity is restored.

Almic Systems provides an environmental inspection management platform for asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold assessment workflows.

3. User Accounts

Access requires an authorized account. You are responsible for credential confidentiality.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the Service only for environmental inspection workflows. You shall not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Store content that violates applicable laws
  • Reverse-engineer or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share credentials with unauthorized individuals

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all inspection data and reports you create.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service is the intellectual property of Almic Systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

Almic Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend access for violations. Data available for export for 30 days.

10. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
