ALM Compliance ("we," "our," or "us") collects information necessary to provide our environmental inspection software. This includes:

  • Account information: name, email address, and organizational role
  • Inspection data: project details, sample records, photographs, floor plans, and reports
  • Device information: device type, operating system, and browser version
  • Usage data: feature interactions and session information

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and improve the ALM Compliance platform
  • To process inspection data, sample records, and generated reports
  • To facilitate communication between inspectors, administrators, and laboratories
  • To provide customer support

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security ensures users access only data within their authorization scope. Files are stored in encrypted cloud storage with strict access controls.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared:

  • With laboratory partners when chain of custody documents are transmitted
  • With authorized team members within your organization
  • When required by law or legal process
  • With infrastructure providers under data protection agreements

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We respond within 30 business days.

6. Offline Data

Data collected offline is stored locally and synchronized when connectivity is restored. Local data is subject to your device's security controls.

7. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the ALM Compliance application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ALM Compliance provides an environmental inspection management platform for asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold assessment workflows — including project management, sample tracking, chain of custody, report generation, and administrative review.

3. User Accounts

Access requires an authorized account. You are responsible for credential confidentiality and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the Service only for environmental inspection workflows. You shall not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Store content that violates applicable laws
  • Reverse-engineer or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share credentials with unauthorized individuals

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all inspection data and reports you create. We maintain a license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Offline capabilities ensure field work continues during disruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service is the intellectual property of ALM Compliance. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

ALM Compliance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

9. Termination

We may suspend access for violations. Data will be available for export for 30 days following termination.

10. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
